Musical Instruments for Victory Day (May 19, 2023)
We succeeded in providing much-needed musical instruments for the Ragama Ranaviru Sevana band on May 19th, 2023, celebrated as Sri Lanka’s Victory Day. A deeply moving moment was witnessing a soldier—whose arms and legs were not functioning properly and who was seated in a wheelchair—embracing a red guitar with such love and determination that it brought tears to our eyes.
